学分制作为一种教学管理制度,是伴随着选课制度的出现而产生的,为众多国家所采用。我国大多数高等院校均采用学分制进行教学管理,部分中等职业学校也在进行学分制管理的试点工作。通过在中等职业学校教学中实行学分制管理,增强了学生学习的自主权,有利于对学生进行全面素质和综合职业能力的培养,有利于弹性学制的实施,发挥学生的特长,有利于突出职业教育的特色。因此,推行学分制管理,已成为职业学校教学体制改革的方向。我校从2001年开始进行学分制改革试点,至今已三年,在改革的过程中,学分制的正面效应是主要的,占主导地位,但也存在一些问题,经常有教师反映任选课纪律差,组织教学困
