中小学教师专业发展不仅是提高学校教育教学质量的关键,同时也是推进基础教育均衡发展的重要影响因素。我们通过问卷调查、教师专业水平测试以及教师访谈,掌握了名优教师示范辐射作用需要加强,教师专业知识需要丰富,实施新课程能力有待提高,职业倦怠有待改善等问题。对此,经过认真分析问题的成因,在教师专业发展相关理论指导下,针对本土教师专业发展实际,构建了“内醒”与“外铄”两个维度的教师专业发展策略体系,并在实践中广泛应用。
The professional development of primary and secondary school teachers is not only the key to improve the quality of school education and teaching, but also an important factor to promote the balanced development of basic education. Through questionnaire surveys, teacher professional level tests and teacher interviews, we have mastered the issues such as the need to strengthen the exemplary radios of famous teachers, the need for teachers’ professional knowledge, the need to improve the new curriculum and the need to improve job burnout. In this regard, after careful analysis of the causes of the problems, under the guidance of the relevant theories of professional development of teachers, aiming at the actual development of local teachers’ professional development, a professional development strategy system of teachers has been established in the two dimensions of “inner waking up” and “outer coffin” , And widely used in practice.
