把理论学习转化为工作思想,换句话说,就是把理论学习和有效地解决本单位的实际问题有效结合起来,形成自己独特的工作方式,创造性地开展工作。要做到这一点,需要把握以下三个方面的问题:第一,树立强烈的“转化”意识和主动精神。科学理论是对实践经验的高度概括和总结。 In other words, we should combine theoretical study with working ideas.
