研究了钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料的流动性、力学强度以及竖向膨胀率。结果表明:用水量、加水方式以及搅拌时间对其流动性具有一定的影响,增加用水量或搅拌时间能够改善流动性,采用二次加水可在一定程度上增大流动度;一定范围内强度随着用水量的增加而降低,标准养护水箱养护的强度较常温养护和标准养护箱养护的高;24 h内竖向膨胀率随时间延长呈上升趋势,7 h左右达到最大值,之后略有下降。
The fluidity, mechanical strength and vertical expansion rate of sleeve grouting material for reinforcing steel bar were studied. The results showed that water consumption, water adding method and mixing time had certain influence on the fluidity. Increasing the water consumption or mixing time could improve the fluidity. The secondary adding water could increase the fluidity to a certain degree. The intensity within a certain range With the increase of water consumption, the strength of standard maintenance tank is higher than that of normal temperature maintenance and standard maintenance tank. The vertical expansion rate increases with time within 24 hours, reaches the maximum value after about 7 hours and then decreases slightly.
