分析了空压机气侧阻力、进气温度以及进气导叶开度等对空压机各级压缩比的影响规律,估算了气侧阻力和进气温度变化对空压机功率的影响,指出中间冷却器气侧阻力增大有可能引起空压机性能严重下降,分析了气侧阻力和各级进气温度等对空压机流量及喘振点的影响。
The influence of air resistance, intake air temperature and intake vane opening on the compression ratio of air compressor is analyzed. The influence of air resistance and intake air temperature on the compressor power is analyzed. It is pointed out that the increase of air-side resistance of intercooler may lead to serious decrease of air compressor performance. The influence of air-side resistance and air temperature at each stage on air compressor flow rate and surge point is analyzed.
