[解读与思考]沃伦·巴菲特是美国大名鼎鼎的全球投资商,曾是2008年《福布斯》排行榜的世界首富(2013年以530亿美元排第五)。与他共进午餐的费用经拍卖曾创纪录地达到263万美元。他提出过著名的“三要三不要”理财法;他还宣布分步把自己99%的资产捐赠给慈善机构。但是,“做你没做过的事情叫成长,做你不愿意做的事情叫改变,做你不敢做的事情叫突破”这句话可不是在讲投资之道,而是在谈人生哲理,鼓励人们不要满足于现状,要去改变和突破,在风雨的洗礼中获得成长。对企业来说,则要敢于围绕客户的需求努力实现体制、机制、商业模式等各方面的创新,这将依然是2014年度的工作主旋律。
