分时度假在国外已有50年的发展历史,外国学者在这一领域的研究已日渐成熟,其研究领域主要集中于对分时度假营销模式的探讨。与此同时,分时度假在我国旅游研究中仍处于新兴领域,本文通过对国内外分时度假研究进行比较分析,对国内外分时度假模式与研究的发展阶段进行总结。本文主要通过对分时度假的概念进行比较分析,对分时度假的经营模式进行梳理,对国内外在分时度假这一领域的研究重点进行了对比分析,并在文章结尾对我国今后分时度假的研究提出了建议。 Timeshare has a history of 50 years in foreign countries. The research of foreign scholars in this field has become more and more mature. The research field mainly focuses on the discussion of the marketing model of timesharing. At the same time, the timeshare is still in the emerging field in the tourism research of our country. Through comparative analysis of the timeshare research at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the development phases of the timeshare mode and research at home and abroad. This article mainly through the comparative analysis of the concept of timeshare, to sort out the business model of timeshare, domestic and international research in the field of timeshare focused comparative analysis, and at the end of the article on China’s future time-sharing Holiday studies made recommendations.
