目的 探讨正常人和青光眼患者的眼血流动力学改变。方法 采用彩色多普勒显像技术检测 30例正常人和 80例青光眼患者的眼动脉、睫状动脉和视网膜中央动脉的血流参数。结果 正常人组的各项参数与其他作者报道相接近 ,青光眼组的血流阻力指数显著高于正常人组 ,开角型青光眼组的舒张期血流速度明显低于正常人组和闭角型青光眼组。结论 彩色多普勒显像技术对青光眼的诊断和治疗有一定的价值
Objective To investigate the ocular hemodynamic changes in normal and glaucoma patients. Methods The color Doppler flow imaging was used to detect the blood flow parameters in 30 patients with normal eye and 80 patients with glaucoma. Results The parameters of normal group were similar to those reported by other authors. The blood flow resistance index of glaucoma group was significantly higher than that of normal group. The diastolic blood flow velocity in open-angle glaucoma group was significantly lower than that of normal group and angle-closure type Glaucoma group. Conclusion The color Doppler imaging has certain value in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma
