针对某小型涡轮喷气发动机在慢车状态工作时出现的转速波动现象,对供油与控制系统进行数学仿真分析,表明发动机控制系统设计稳定裕度低是引发转速波动的根本原因。通过仿真分析认为:调整旁路调节器比例增益(增强主阀芯弹簧刚度)可有效解决该问题,并可提高发动机控制系统稳定裕度。
Aiming at the speed fluctuation phenomenon of a small turbojet engine working in the idle state, the mathematical simulation analysis of the oil supply and control system shows that the low stability margin of the engine control system is the root cause of the speed fluctuation. The simulation analysis shows that adjusting the bypass regulator proportional gain (enhancing the main valve spring stiffness) can effectively solve the problem and improve the stability margin of the engine control system.
