应用扫描电镜分析、能谱分析和显微镜技术等分析手段,研究了结晶器电磁搅拌对IF钢铸坯表层纯净度的影响。结果表明:结晶器电磁搅拌可有效改善铸坯表面质量,使铸坯表层皮下气泡和显微夹杂物显著减少;IF钢铸坯中夹杂物主要是Al2O3、TiN和Al2O3-TiN、Al2O3-Ti2O3、Al2O3-Ti2O3-TiN型复合夹杂物;铸坯表层皮下气孔在铸坯宽度和厚度方向上均呈非均匀分布,气泡直径主要分布在50~350μm之间。
The influence of mold electromagnetic stirring on the surface cleanness of IF steel slab was studied by means of SEM, EDS and microscopy. The results show that the mold electromagnetic stirring can effectively improve the slab surface quality and reduce the submerged bubbles and micro-inclusions in the surface of the slab. The inclusions in IF slab mainly include Al2O3, TiN and Al2O3-TiN, Al2O3-Ti2O3, Al2O3-Ti2O3-TiN composite inclusions. The subcutaneous pores on the surface of the slab are non-uniformly distributed in the width and thickness of the slab. The diameter of the bubbles mainly distributes in the range of 50-350 μm.
