绩效考核是目前广泛用于各种组织的绩效管理的重要环节,我国自2009年起在社区卫生服务中心医生的薪酬制度中引入绩效考核制度。绩效考核作为一种薪酬支付方式,在一定程度上促进了社区卫生服务的数量和质量,提高了社区医生的积极性,但由于制度本身的不成熟,还存在考核目标不明确、设计不合理、外部竞争力不足等问题。
Performance appraisal is an important part of performance management that is widely used in various organizations at present.
