篮球“意识”是运动员对篮球比赛规律认识的反映,是进一步学习提高篮球技能的必备条件。本文通过对篮球“意识”认知心理学的分析与研究,总结出篮球意识的一些规律,从而为篮球训练与教学提供一定的理论依据。 Basketball “Consciousness ” is a reflection of athletes’ cognition of the law of basketball competition and is a necessary condition for further study and improvement of basketball skills. Through analyzing and researching the cognition psychology of basketball “consciousness ”, this article summarizes some rules of basketball awareness and provides some theoretical basis for basketball training and teaching.
