目的:建立唑来膦酸注射剂中铝的石墨炉原子吸收光谱方法来研究安瓿中铝的溶蚀情况。方法:采用硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,塞曼偏振背景校正的原子吸收光谱研究唑来膦酸注射剂中铝的溶蚀情况。结果:铝离子浓度为0~20μg.L-1时,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9995。检出限为0.14μg.L-1,加标回收率为99.3%~102.4%,RSD为2.7%~3.5%。唑来膦酸注射液中铝溶出明显,且随时间的延长,铝溶出量增加。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、精密度好、结果准确,适用于唑来膦酸注射剂中铝的检测,试验表明铝溶出问题不容忽视。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of aluminum in zoledronic acid injection to study the corrosion of aluminum in ampoule. Methods: The dissolution of aluminum in zoledronic acid injection was studied by using magnesium nitrate as a matrix modifier and Zeeman polarization-background-modified atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: When the concentration of aluminum ion was 0 ~ 20μg.L-1, the linearity of the method was good with the correlation coefficient r = 0.9995. The detection limit was 0.14μg.L-1, the spiked recoveries ranged from 99.3% to 102.4%, and the RSD ranged from 2.7% to 3.5%. Zoledronic acid injection of aluminum dissolution significantly, and with the extension of time, aluminum dissolution increased. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of aluminum in zoledronic acid injection. The test shows that the problem of aluminum dissolution can not be neglected.
