目的 研究栝楼 Trichosantheskirilowii Maxim .的化学成分并建立栝楼中α-菠菜甾醇的含量测定方法。方法 采用反复硅胶柱层析分离纯化 ,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。采用双波长薄层扫描法研究栝楼中 α-菠菜甾醇的含量测定方法。结果 从栝楼中分离得到 12个化合物 ,已鉴定其中 10个化合物 :正三十四烷酸 (tetratriacontanoic acid, ) ,2 -甲基 - 3,5 -二羟基四氢吡喃 - 4-酮 (5 - oxym altol, ) ,α-菠菜甾醇 - β- D-葡萄糖苷 (β-D- glucopyranosyl-α- spinasterol, ) ,葡萄糖 (glucose, ) ,富马酸 (fum aric acid, ) ,琥珀酸 (succinic acid, ) ,尿嘧啶 (uracil, ) ,正三十四烷 (tetratriacontane, ) ,α-菠菜甾醇 (α- spinasterol, ) ,栝楼仁二醇 (karounidiol, )。化合物 和 正在鉴定中。测定栝楼中α-菠菜甾醇的含量为 0 .0 171%。结论 化合物 、 、 、 、 、 均首次从该植物中分离得到。而且该含量测定方法灵敏性高 ,稳定性和重现性较好 ,可作为栝楼生药的检测方法。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Trichosantheskirilowii Maxim and establish a method for determining the content of α-spinachitol in Trichosanthes. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were determined by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. The dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used to determine the content of α-spinasterosterol in diplodocus. As a result, 12 compounds were isolated from the miracidium and 10 compounds were identified: tetratriacontanoic acid, 2-methyl-3,5-dihydroxytetrahydropyran-4-one ( 5 - oxym altol, ), α-spontaneol - β-D-glucopyranoside, glucose, glucose, fum aric acid, succinic acid ( Succinic acid, ), uracil, tetratetracontae, α-spinasterol, and karounidiol. Compounds and are under evaluation. The determination of α-spinach sterol content in mirabine was 0.1%. Conclusion Compounds, ,,,, were all isolated from this plant for the first time. Moreover, the method for determination of the content has high sensitivity, good stability and reproducibility, and can be used as a detection method for mirabine building drugs.
