在不同施氮水平下,用3个稻瘟病生理小种接种我国7个稻瘟病生理小种鉴别品种,结果同一个供试小种,因不同施氮量的影响,鉴定出的小种有所不同。从稻株对稻瘟菌的病斑反应型看,抗瘟性似是质量性状。用多小种鉴定多品种的抗瘟性时,病株率可呈现出连续的数量分布。且抗瘟性容易受环境条件如温度、湿度、肥料等的影响。鉴于抗瘟性这种质量、数量性状的两重性,作者认为水稻的抗瘟性可能是一种阈性状。
Under the different nitrogen levels, the three races of rice blast physiological races were inoculated with seven races of rice blast physiological races. The results showed that the races of the same test races were identified because of the effects of different nitrogen rates different. From the rice plant lesions of Magnaporthe grisea reactive type, the blast resistance is like quality traits. With multiple races to identify the multi-species blast resistance, the plant strain rate can show a continuous quantitative distribution. And the blast resistance is easily affected by environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, fertilizers and the like. Given the dual nature of the quality and quantity traits of resistance to blast, the authors consider that rice blast resistance may be a threshold.
