有些作者认为伴甲亢自发性缓解的淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎(lymphocytic thyroiditis with spontaneo-usly resolving hyperthyroidism,LT-SRH)与伴甲亢自发性缓解的亚急性甲状腺炎(subacute thyroid-itis with spontaneously resolving hyperthyroid-ism,SAT-SRH)均为良性疾患,其临床病程相似,鉴别诊断并不重要。本文作者根据对这些患者长期随访的结果提出不同看法。作者对1963～1977年间诊断为 LT-SRH 的54例患者与124例 SAT-SRH 及不伴甲亢自发性
Some authors suggest that lymphocytic thyroiditis with spontaneo-usly resolving hyperthyroidism (LT-SRH) and spontaneous resolving hyperthyroid-ism with spontaneous remission of hyperthyroidism (subacute thyroid-itis with spontaneously resolving hyperthyroidism , SAT-SRH) are benign disorders, their clinical course is similar, differential diagnosis is not important.
