超声波抛光机经国内一些单位使用验证,适用于中、小模具加工、特别用作电火花加工的后续工序,有较好的工艺效果。现将其使用简介如下。 (一)中、小型冷冲模刃口线切割后的拋光:众所周知,基于电加工机理,线切割后的刃口表面会出现厚0.02mm左右的软化层,且国内切割光洁度普遍仅达▽5~▽6,并伴有明显走丝条纹。这些缺陷严重限制了模具寿命的提高。若采用手工抛光,对于形状复杂的刃口,会因余量不易掌握而破坏
