轮岗实习是旅游管理专业采用的一种实践教学模式。作为应用型本科旅游专业的实践教学,既应区别于传统本科生重理论轻实践的教学模式,也应区别于专科教学的“定岗”实习形式,即建立“轮岗实习”的机制,培养适应酒店人才的需要。本文主要讨论推行“轮岗实习”的意义,及时发现在轮岗实习过程重容易发生的问题,探索解决轮岗实习存在问题的对策,最终形成合理的“轮岗实习”模式。
Internship rotation is a practical teaching mode adopted by tourism management major. As the practical teaching of tourism major in applied undergraduate course, it should be distinguished from the teaching mode of light practical teaching of undergraduates’ emphasis on theory, and also should be distinguished from the ’fixed-position’ internship form of specialized teaching, that is, to establish a “rotation internship” Mechanism, training to adapt to the needs of hotel personnel. This article mainly discusses the significance of implementing “rotation internship”, finds out the problems that are prone to occur in the rotation internship process in time, and explores the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the rotation internship so as to finally form a reasonable “rotation internship” mode.
