劳动合同制是一种新型的用工制度,是企业劳动工资制度改革的一项重要内容。笔者通过近一年的时间,对西安地区的机械、纺织、商贸、服务、交通运输、仪器仪表和劳动服务公司等行业的二十六家企业,进行了初步调查。调查结果表明:实行劳动合同制,有利于青工个人专长的发挥,有利于企业合理使用人力,增强了青工的紧迫成和上进心。同时,在调查中也发现,当前合同制青工中较普遍地存在和正在滋生着一种新的雇佣思想,它直接影响了青工的成长和企业的发展,是一个应引起社会各方面重视的问题。
Labor contract system is a new type of employment system, which is an important part of the reform of the enterprise’s labor wage system.
