一、软件商品市场交易方法 同其它商品一样,计算机软件商品市场交易有其买卖双方共同认可的一些市场行为;同时作为特殊商品又有别于其它商品的一些市场做法。我们逐一论述。 1.宣传与广告 宣传的形式有:产品发布会、产品技术交流会、用户恳谈会、讲座、演示会、代理会议、产品应用年会、产品介绍会等,一般都应有产品的演示。可由厂商、代理或双方联合举办。此外,还有社会上举办的各种展览会、博览会、交易会,厂商和代理都有可能参加。广告的形式就更多了,报纸、书刊、信函、标牌、电视、广播、电话等。但从其内容上可分为两大类:①企业形象广告,②商品形象广告。也有企业和商品形象合一的广告。
