目的:研究抵当颗粒剂体外抗凝血与抗血栓的活性,探讨其活血化瘀的药效作用。方法:采用家兔血浆复钙时间法、凝血酶时间法及体外抗血栓法、全血血块法,对不同浓度的抵当颗粒剂进行体外抗凝血与体外抗血栓活性的测定。结果:不同浓度的抵当颗粒剂均能延长家兔血浆复钙时间及凝血酶时间,加快全血凝块的溶解,具有抗血栓形成的作用。并且,随着浓度的增大作用越强。结论:抵当颗粒剂具有较强的体外抗凝血与抗血栓作用,且具有剂量依赖性。
Objective: To study the anticoagulant and antithrombotic activity of Doudang granules in vitro and to explore its pharmacodynamic effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods: The anticoagulant and antithrombotic activity in vitro were determined in vitro by using the method of rabbit plasma calcein time, thrombin time, in vitro antithrombotic and whole blood clot method. Results: Different concentrations of Dadang granules can prolong the plasma calcium reperfusion time and thrombin time in rabbits, accelerate the dissolution of whole blood clots and have antithrombotic effect. And, as the concentration increases, the stronger the effect. Conclusion: Dandang granules have a strong anticoagulant and antithrombotic effect in vitro and in a dose-dependent manner.
