以新型定向凝固钴基高温合金 DZ40 M为基体 ,研究其低压化学气相沉积铝化物涂层的循环氧化行为 ,发现该涂层具有较高的抗循环氧化性能 ,涂层与基体结合良好。涂层退化主要是由外表面氧化膜的愈合消耗 Al源所造成 ,沉积渗剂中加入 Ti可加速涂层的退化。
Based on the new directional solidification cobalt-based superalloy DZ40 M, the cyclic oxidation behavior of the low-pressure chemical vapor deposition aluminide coating was studied. The results show that the coating has high resistance to cyclic oxidation and the coating is well bonded with the substrate. Degradation of the coating is mainly caused by the Al source, which is consumed by the healing of the oxide film on the outer surface. The addition of Ti to the deposition enhancer accelerates the degradation of the coating.
