目的了解近年来武汉市家蝇抗药性发展趋势,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法 2009-2016年每年的6-9月,采集武汉市城区农贸市场、垃圾处理场家蝇,实验室饲养1~2代后,用WHO推荐的微量点滴法,测定羽化后3~4日龄雌性成虫的半数致死量(LD50),比较近年来武汉市家蝇抗药性变化情况。结果 2016年武汉市家蝇野外种群对DDVP、甲基吡恶磷、毒死蜱、溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的LD50值分别为0.854 2、0.317 4、0.319 7、0.278 5、1.168 5μg/只,与2009年的抗性监测结果比较,分别增长5.1、1.1、0.6、4.2和4.6倍。结论武汉市家蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗性呈现增强趋势,在今后灭蝇工作中应采取综合防制措施,科学合理地使用杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the development trend of Musca domestica resistance in Wuhan in recent years and provide the basis for the scientific use of insecticides. METHODS: From June to September of each year from 2009 to 2016, flies were collected from farmers’ markets and houseflies in urban areas of Wuhan City. After 1 to 2 generations of laboratory forage, the micro-drip method recommended by WHO was used to measure the 3- to 4-day-old The LD50 of female adults was compared with that of Musca domestica in Wuhan in recent years. Results The LD50 values of DDVP, methylpyrazine, chlorpyrifos, deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin in field population of Musca domestica in 2016 were 0.854, 2.0174, 0.319 7, 0.278 5 and 1.188 μg / The resistance monitoring results in 2009 were increased by 5.1, 1.1, 0.6, 4.2 and 4.6 times respectively. Conclusion The resistance of Musca domestica to common hygienic insecticides in Wuhan shows an increasing trend. In the future, fly control should be taken comprehensively and the pesticide should be used scientifically and rationally.
