在通带附近引入传输零点可以得到具有良好带外抑制特性的带通滤波器。提出了一种新型的接地开口谐振单元并提取了该单元结构的等效电路模型。通过与电磁仿真结果对比,证明了对单元结构分析的准确性与提取等效电路模型的有效性。结果表明,该谐振单元在高频段引入了一个传输零点。同时,在基本不影响通带中心频率的前提下,可以通过改变部分结构参数来调整该传输零点的位置进行灵活设计。最后,利用3个单元结构的级联设计具有良好通带特性及带外抑制特性的带通滤波器。对滤波器进行了仿真、加工及测试,测试结果与仿真结果有良好的一致性。
Introducing a transmission zero near the passband results in a bandpass filter with good out-of-band rejection characteristics. A new type of ground-opening resonant cell is proposed and the equivalent circuit model of the cell structure is extracted. Compared with the results of electromagnetic simulation, the accuracy of the unit structure analysis and the validity of the equivalent circuit model are proved. The results show that the resonant unit introduces a transmission zero at high frequencies. In the meantime, under the premise of basically not affecting the center frequency of the passband, the position of the transmission zero can be adjusted by changing part of the structure parameters for flexible design. Finally, the bandpass filter with good passband and out-of-band rejection is designed by cascading the three cell structures. The filter is simulated, processed and tested. The test results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
