目的:了解中小学校食品卫生现状及管理对策。随着国内教育程度的发展,各类学校的普及、扩招,导致学校的人数猛增,食堂的卫生管理越来越难,加上社会上爆出越来越多的学校食品安全事故,导致孩子在学校的食品卫生现状越来越被全社会所关注。人每天都需要摄取一定量的食物,食物的卫生直接会影响到人的身体健康。而学校是一个公众集中的地方,尤其中小学校的学生年龄相对比较小,体质比较弱,食品的卫生更值得关注,所以中小学校应当制定出合理的管理对策,加强卫生安全的管理,提高食品卫生标准,树立相关人员的安全意识,每个学校都必须将食品卫生安全工作当做重点来抓。
