去年,经湖南省政府批准,湘乡水泥厂试行了吨水泥销售工资含量包干。工资总额随企业经济效益的高低而上下浮动,并相应考核上缴利润、质量、安全等主要指标。今年,在理顺机构和完善现行结构工资制的基础上,该厂从管理入手,进一步提高内部分配政策的透明度,实行了三个方面的转变:变三联一浮经济责任制为吨产品、产值工资含量浮动包干;变质量奖扣为质量否决;变经济责任制模式为承包经营责任制内部契约合同形式。
Last year, with the approval of the Hunan provincial government, the Xiangxiang Cement Factory piloted tons of cement sales salaries. The total amount of wages will fluctuate with the level of the economic benefits of the company, and the relevant indicators such as profit, quality, and safety will be reviewed accordingly. This year, on the basis of straightening out the institutions and improving the existing structure of the wage system, the plant started with management, further improved the transparency of the internal distribution policy, and implemented three transformations: changing the triple-insurance economic responsibility system into tons of products and output value. Salary content is variable and contracted; variable quality deductions are quality vetoes; the change of economic responsibility system model is contractual management responsibility system internal contractual contract forms.
