建国30多年来,我国的水利水电建设事业取得了举世瞩目的成就,在施工组织设计方面积累了十分丰富的经验。为了系统地总结经验,在此基础上提高设计水平和施工管理水平,促进水利水电建设事业的更快发展,以适应我国四化建设的需要,原电力工业部水力发电建设总局和原水利部基建总局于1980年5月 Over the past 30 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China’s achievements in water conservancy and hydropower construction have attracted worldwide attention and have accumulated rich experience in the design of construction organizations.
