静重式力标准机是力仪测试中应用最普遍、准确度等级最高的力标准机,它是以砝码串的重力作为标准力值。针对力标准机工作过程中砝码串的摆动现象,分析了现象产生的原因,提出了摆动角的测量和计算方法,并对砝码串的摆动过程进行分析和计算,得出了砝码串摆动对标准力值影响量的大小。将得出的摆动影响量与标准力值的允许误差进行对比分析,给出了较为合适的判断依据。
