在煤矿企业的生产过程中,在提升机工作过程中钢丝绳受到的外力是非常复杂的,可能会造成钢丝绳的破坏。同时煤矿现在大多还在用振波法测钢丝绳的张力,测试精度很低,人为因素对测试结果影响较大。探讨了提升机工作原理、钢丝绳结构与钢丝绳的张力不平衡,分析了钢丝绳张力的检测状况,建立了提升钢丝绳张力的计算机仿真模型,经过测试取得了很好结果。
In the production process of coal mine enterprises, the external force on the steel wire rope during the hoisting machine work is very complicated, which may result in the destruction of the steel wire rope. At the same time, most of the coal mines are still using the vibration method to measure the tension of wire ropes. The test accuracy is very low. Human factors have a great influence on the test results. The working principle of the elevator, the tension imbalance between the wire rope structure and the steel wire rope are discussed. The testing condition of the steel wire rope tension is analyzed. The computer simulation model for improving the wire rope tension is established. The test result shows good results.
