从机关下到乡镇工作三年了,接触最频繁、体会最深切、改变自己最多的,还是集中在群众工作上。每天和群众面对面打交道,积累了一些感悟、经验、得失,不揣浅陋,撮录如下。一是敢不敢迎头做群众工作的问题。李瑞环曾经说过,群众最可亲最可敬也最可怕,给笔者留下很深的印象。群众来了,你再怕也是绕不开避不掉走不脱的,要主动迎上去,迎头做好群众工作。这首先是个态度问题。笔者第一次面对群众表达强烈情绪的场面时,曾经手足无措,但内心深处的使命感告诉我,要稳住心神,这是送上门来的群众工作机会,万不可露怯避缩。
