黄瓜:黄瓜是雌雄同株葫芦科蔬菜,瓜蔓上每3～4节生有一朵雌花,雌花之间的各节有10～12朵雄花。试验表明在雌花与雄花开放时,选成熟的雄花给雌花授粉,授粉后保留近雌花的2～3朵雄花,以充分授粉,其他雄花均摘除不留,增产显著。韭菜:韭菜喷施亚硫酸氢钠可增产。方法是:在韭菜每次施肥后的5～7天内,晴天露水干时,每667平方米用5克亚硫酸氢钠粉剂加水40千克进行叶面喷施。喷施过的韭菜株高可显著增加,且鲜嫩粗壮,可明显提高产量。
