测量了某种烧结矿料的真密度、孔隙率及等效导热系数,研究了烧结矿等效导热系数随温度的变化规律.结果表明,烧结矿等效导热系数在323~750 K随温度升高而上升,在约750 K达到最大值,温度再升高,烧结矿发生部分相变,导致导热系数下降.实际烧结冷却过程中烧结矿温度低于723 K,模拟得出323~723 K下烧结矿固体导热系数呈线性增长,验证了测量结果优于经验值.
The true density, porosity and equivalent thermal conductivity of one kind of sintered ore were measured, and the variation law of the equivalent thermal conductivity of sinter with temperature was studied.The results showed that the equivalent thermal conductivity of sinter varied with the temperature rise from 323 K to 750 K High and rising, reaches the maximum at about 750 K, the temperature increases again, partial phase transition occurs in the sinter, resulting in the decrease of the thermal conductivity.The sinter temperature in the actual sintering and cooling process is lower than 723 K, and the simulation results in 323 ~ 723 K The solid thermal conductivity of sinter increases linearly, which verifies that the measured result is better than the empirical value.
