目的制备医用羟基磷灰石(HA)纳米粒并观测其特性;方法采用常态表面活性剂(水包油)制备HA纳米粒,用电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振、X射线等对HA纳米粒进行观测。结果HA纳米粒的平均尺寸为:长10 ̄30nm,宽5 ̄10nm;电子衍射图像显示纳米粒为多晶质,且存在晶格缺损。结论成功制备了一种适合医用的新型羟基磷灰石纳米粒。
OBJECTIVE To prepare medical hydroxyapatite (HA) nanoparticles and observe their properties. Methods HA nanoparticles were prepared by using normal surfactant (oil-in-water) and characterized by electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray HA nanoparticles were observed. Results The average size of HA nanoparticles was 10 ~ 30 nm in length and 5 ~ 10 nm in width. The electron diffraction images showed that the nanoparticles were polycrystalline with lattice defects. Conclusion A novel hydroxyapatite nanoparticle suitable for medical use was successfully prepared.
