目的:为了解龙岩市卫生监督机构人力资源配置情况,探索优化卫生监督机构人力资源配置措施。方法采用普查法对2013年龙岩市卫生监督机构进行调查,应用SPSSl3.0软件对样本卫生监督机构人力资源配置状况进行统计分析。结果龙岩市卫生监督机构的人员编制140人,在岗人员数117人;学历构成以大学本科为主占45.3%,其次是大专学历35.8%,中专及以下学历者占15.2%;专业构成以预防专业为主占40.2%;年龄分布主要集中于41-50岁年龄段,占41.9%;高级、中级、初级和无职称的比例约为1:3.9:4.5:7.7。结论卫生监督机构人力资源配置极待优化,特别是县一级机构。“,”Objective to understand current status of human resources of city and county-level health supervision Institution on Longyan city and explore the measures to optimize the al ocation of human resources.Methods in 20l3,1 city and 6 county-level health supervision institutions on Longyan were investigated using survey method, SPSSl3.0 software was applied to analysis the status 0f the human resources al ocation in health supervision agencies at the county and city level. Results,there are 140 agencies,and the number in post are 117,the education constitute of them are as fol ows:undergraduate for 45.3%,tertiary education level for 35.8%,academic school and for 15.2%;Professional composition are mainly from prevention medicine,with the rate is 40.2%;the age are mainly from 41 to 50 years old,accounting for 41.9%; The ratios of the staffs with senior,intermediate,junior and without titles are 1:3.9:4.5:7.7.Conclusions:The al ocation of human resources needs further optimization,especial y in county.
