闹德海水库经历1994年8月大洪水后,泄水底孔进口门槽后均出现了不同程度的混凝土剥蚀破坏现象。分析其原因,主要是负压、空蚀破坏所致。经综合比较后,对底孔进口门槽后采用钢板衬护,内填膨胀混凝土的处理方法,同时进行了钢衬可靠性分析,其结果满足稳定要求。经钢板衬砌处理后,泄水底孔剥蚀部位运行正常,达到了预期的效果。
After the flood in August, 1994, the Naodehai Reservoir experienced various degrees of denudation and destruction of concrete after the entrance of the discharge bottom hole. Analysis of the reasons, mainly negative pressure, cavitation damage caused. After comprehensive comparison, the steel plate lining is used for the entry of the bottom hole, and the treatment method of expansive concrete is filled in. Meanwhile, the reliability analysis of steel lining is carried out, and the result meets the requirements of stability. After the lining of the steel plate, the bottom of the drainage hole denuded part of the normal operation, to achieve the desired results.
