目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、IL-8和EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白-1(EBVLMP-1)在鼻咽癌中的表达,探讨它们在鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移中的意义以及相互关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测了53例鼻咽癌组织中MMP-9、IL-8、LMP-1的表达情况,同时分析这些指标与患者年龄、性别、病理类型、颈淋巴结转移以及临床分期的相关性。结果:53例鼻咽癌组织中MMP-9的表达率为66.04%(35/53),阳性积分为(33.19±29.73)%;IL-8的表达率为66.04%(35/53),阳性积分为(33.46±30.23)%;LMP-1的表达率为66.04%(35/53),阳性积分为(35.49±29.63)%。MMP-9、IL-8、LMP-1的表达在颈淋巴结转移组中均显著高于无颈淋巴结转移组(均P<0.05),但在年龄、性别、病理类型、临床分期的分组中均差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。LMP-1和MMP-9表达存在正相关(r=0.792,P<0.01),LMP-1和IL-8表达也存在正相关(r=0.786,P<0.01)。结论:MMP-9、IL-8、LMP-1的表达和鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移存在显著相关性;LMP-1和MMP-9、IL-8的表达存在正相关,它可能通过多途径上调MMP-9、IL-8的表达,对鼻咽癌的转移起促进作用。

Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the expression of MMP-9, IL-8 and LMP-1 and the metastasis of cervical lymph node in NPC. The expression of LMP-1, MMP-9 and IL- MMP-9, IL-8 expression, promote the metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
