进行大气科学研究的傅里叶变换光谱仪,必须具备高分辨率、高准确度的精细光谱才能对温度、压力和浓度等物理量进行反演。干涉仪中光线的离轴效应使仪器光谱函数发生变化。采用直接计算干涉调制函数的方法,研究了面阵探测器各个探测元离轴位置对光谱函数形状的影响;针对干涉仪使用的16×4元面阵探测器,模拟探测元不同位置的光谱函数参量的特性,结果将在仪器光谱定标中得到应用。
Fourier transform spectrometers for atmospheric science research require accurate spectra of high resolution and accuracy to retrieve physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, and concentration. The off-axis effect of the light in the interferometer changes the spectral function of the instrument. The effect of the off-axis position of each detector of the area array detector on the shape of spectral function is studied by the direct calculation of the interference modulation function. For the 16 × 4 area array detector used by the interferometer, the spectral functions of different positions of the detector are simulated The characteristics of the parameters, the results will be applied in the instrument spectral calibration.
