从中药丹参中共分离到19个单体,其中6个为新化合物,丹参新醌丁,去甲丹参醌,丹参二醇甲、乙、丙及3α羟基丹参酮Ⅱ_A。同时还合成了一些改变醌式结构的衍生物,对上述化合物进行了人型结核菌的抑菌活性试验。试验证明天然醌类化合物均呈较强的抑菌活性而醌式结构的改变州导致抑菌活性的降低或消失。并总结了约30个化合物的抑菌构效关系。
Nineteen monomers were isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza, of which six were new compounds, Danshen new quinone Ding, norhosonol, Salvia miltiorrhiza A, B, C and 3α hydroxy tanshinone Ⅱ_A. At the same time, some derivatives of quinoid structure were also synthesized, and the antibacterial activity test of humanoid Mycobacterium tuberculosis was carried out on the above compounds. Tests showed that natural quinone compounds showed a strong antibacterial activity and quinoid structure of the state change led to the reduction or elimination of antibacterial activity. The antibacterial structure-activity relationship of about 30 compounds was summarized.
