目前,随着锅炉自动化技术的不断发展,大部分燃油燃气工业锅炉的运行已基本实现全自动化,但也使某些司炉人员过分信任和依赖电脑显示参数和报警联锁装置,致使锅炉出现了一些本可以避免的事故和问题。1事故概况本市某供热站发生一起锅炉炉胆爆破事故,未造成人员伤亡,该锅炉型号为4112-SPH-1300-N/6型卧式内燃燃油/气锅炉,设计工作压力为1.378MPa,由美国某公司设计制造。该事故锅炉制造日期为1997年5月,并于当年进行安装调试,安装后由于供暖面积达不到预期设计的规模该锅炉长期处于停用状态,后随着供暖面积的不断增加,于2010年12月1日早1点开始点火调试运行,并于2010年12月2日凌晨3时40分左右发生炉胆爆破事
