目前,合村并居后农民住宅有了新气象,从而生活水平明显提高。近年来,村庄合并和农村社区建设,科学规划,创新模式,和谐拆迁,推进农村住房与危房改造工作稳步展开。但是,与此同时也存在一些问题,中国农村土地制度问题集中体现在两个方面:一是农村土地所有权问题或所有制问题;二是农村土地的使用权和受益权问题。《土地管理法》对包括农村土地在内的土地所有制或所有权已经加以界定,即农村土地实行集体所有制,也就是农村土地所有权归农村集体。合村并居措施对于农村的快速发展具有重要的意义,但是合村并居后社区集体土地的确权登记也存在相应的问题,只有解决这些问题提出相应的改善办法才能进一步促进农村建设以及经济持续高效的发展。
