中职生要想能在日益竞争的当今社会立足,必须靠熟练的专业技能。传统技能教学模式,在学习过程中,随着时间的推移,学生的注意力会相对不集中;加上体力、环境等诸多因素的影响,导致学生技能水平出现起伏或停滞不前,在练习曲线保持在一定水平上下波动不再上升、或上升不明显(如图1);同时由于学生个体素质的差异,个体技能水平差距变大,直接导致集体技能质量不高。
