目的：应用间断注射和持续注射顺式阿曲库铵两种方式对患者实施麻醉的效果进行对比。方法将我院收治的90例接受腹部手术治疗的患者随机分为对照组和实验组，平均每组45例。采用间断注射顺式阿曲库铵方式对对照组患者实施术前麻醉；采用持续注射顺式阿曲库铵方式对实验组患者实施术前麻醉。结果实验组患者麻醉效果明显优于对照组；肌松程度由25%～70%的时间和肌松能力完全恢复时间明显短于对照组；两组患者均未出现麻醉不良反应。结论应用持续注射顺式阿曲库铵的方式对患者实施麻醉的效果非常明显。“,”Objective Toapply intermittent injection and continuous injection of cis atracurium two ways to compare the effect of anaesthesia to patients.Methods Wil our hospital 90 cases of patients underwent abdominal surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,an average of 45 cases in each group.Using continuous injection of cis atracurium way for control group patients with preoperative anesthesia;Adopting continuous injection of cis atracurium way for experimental group patients preoperative anesthesia.Results The experimental group patients anesthesia effect was better than control group;Muscle relaxant degree from 25%to 70%of the time and the muscle relaxant ability completely recovery time is much shorter than the control group;Two groups of patients were not present adverse reactions in anesthesia.Conclusion The application of continuous injection of cis atracurium way of anaesthesia to patients of effect is very obvious.
