目前,随着学习型组织理论的传播和应用,越来越多的学习者参与到学习型组织的培训之中,有关学习型组织的公开课和培训活动日益频繁,但方法上绝大多数是传统的课堂面授与互动学习,参加者对学习型组织的抽象理论和五项修炼的真缔感悟不深。户外体验式培训的出现,吸收了国外先进的管理理念及成熟经验,同时注意适应中国人的心理特征与接受风格,精心设计了系列培训课程和新颖、独特的培训项目,让学员理论联系实际,主动去体会、去解决问题,在参与、体验的过程中,心智受到挑战,思想得到启发,通过讨论总结,进行经验分享,切实感悟出学习
