目的 动态观察巴曲酶对大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注局灶血管表面P 选择素表达变化的影响。方法 以ABC法显示使用巴曲酶后局灶血管表面P 选择素的阳性表达情况。结果 使用巴曲酶可以使缺血 /再灌注脑组织血管表面第 2 4h和第 4d时P 选择素的表达明显降低。结论 巴曲酶可以降低血管表面P 选择素的表达 ,对缺血脑细胞有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of batroxobin on the changes of P-selectin expression on the focal vascular surface of focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion in rats. Methods ABC method showed the use of batroxobin focal surface P-selectin positive expression. Results Batroxobin significantly decreased the expression of P-selectin at 24 h and 4 d after ischemia / reperfusion on the vascular surface. Conclusion Batroxobin can reduce the expression of P-selectin on the vascular surface and has a protective effect on ischemic brain cells.
