本文对两家安徽国有煤矿进行案例研究发现,新千年来政府监管力度加强,保障职业安全的人力资源管理措施的实施使安全绩效得到提升。同时,Z矿在招聘、培训、薪酬管理、管理监督和劳动关系等方面都比L矿更加完善,因此职业安全绩效好于L矿。文章从保障职业安全的角度,为加强煤矿企业人力资源管理提出了建议。
In this paper, a case study of two state-owned coal mines in Anhui Province found that the government supervision in the new millennium has been strengthened and the implementation of human resources management measures to ensure occupational safety has improved the safety performance. At the same time, Z Mine is more complete than Mine L in terms of recruitment, training, salary management, management supervision and labor relations, and therefore its occupational safety performance is better than that of Mine L. From the angle of ensuring occupational safety, the article puts forward some suggestions to strengthen human resource management in coal mine enterprises.
