由于缺少有效的将砂带导引入内孔机构,使目前砂带磨削无法普遍应用于内回转表面的加工。为此在分析了现有的砂带磨削装置的基础上提出一种新型的砂带空间转向内孔导引原理,并根据该原理设计了三种砂带导引入内孔机构,这些机构都采用按照一定位置关系空间布局的导向元件,将砂带由孔外沿工件轴线方向导入内孔后转向,使之沿着与切削表面回转母线垂直的方向进入磨削区并以同样方式导出孔外,从而满足厂砂带的平稳导带要求,实现了内孔的砂带磨削。
