目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)与人类白细胞抗原 (HLA)相关性。方法 采用多聚酶链反应和寡核苷酸探针杂交技术 (PCR -SSO)对 3 0例汉族PCOS患者和 10 6例汉族无亲缘关系健康个体的HLA -DQA基因进行研究。结果 PCOS组HLA -DQA1 2基因频率显著低于对照组 ,比数比 (OR)值提示该基因为PCOS的抵抗 (不易感 )基因 ;PCOS组HLA -DQA1 1及 3基因频率分布高于对照组 ,HLA -DQA1 3基因频率低于对照组 ,但差异无显著性。结论 PCOS的发病有遗传物质基础 ,HLA -DQA基因分布可能对预测或诊断PCOS具有意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and human leukocyte antigen (HLA). Methods The HLA-DQA gene in 30 Han Han patients and 106 unrelated healthy Han individuals were studied by polymerase chain reaction and oligonucleotide probe hybridization (PCR-SSO). Results The frequency of HLA-DQA1 2 gene in PCOS group was significantly lower than that in control group. The odds ratio (OR) value suggested that the gene was PCOS resistance (not susceptible) gene. The frequency distribution of HLA-DQA1 1 and 3 gene in PCOS group was higher than that in control group , HLA-DQA1 3 gene frequency lower than the control group, but the difference was not significant. Conclusions The pathogenesis of PCOS is based on the genetic material. HLA-DQA gene distribution may be of great value in predicting or diagnosing PCOS.
