四川省寄研所研制的PVC-ELISA试剂盒具有快速、简便、价廉等优点,故适用于基层血防单位。为了能达到大规模应用的目的,特将原采用血清检测〈血清法〉改为采用耳血检测〈耳血法〉。 1 材料和方法 1.1 病例 160例均系确诊血吸虫病入院病人,其中急性35例、慢性115例、晚期20例。 1.2 试剂盒 PVC-ELISA 检测血吸虫抗体及循环抗原二种试剂盒均为四川省寄生虫病防治研究所提供。 1.3 方法均按说明书进行。只是血清法采血清5μl加入。PBS-Twean 100μ内进行检测,而耳血法则采用耳血10μl加入含有5％枸橼酸钠抗凝的PBS-Tween100μl内进行检测。COPT及IHA:均按
