在細胞生理中,開於吸取力的概念,以及吸取力、渗透壓,膨壓與體積的关係,在理論上一直是個沒有很好解决的問題。最近在植物生理学通訊1956年第2號上湯佩松、薛應籠的文章,還討論到这個问題。我們覺得这样處理在理論上是比較完善的。雖然對這個理論上的問題,看法仍有分歧,但是,為了教学的方便,為了教學与研究方面有一個共同的概念起見,我們愿將汤、薛二位先生所提出的公式加以闡述,並提出實際数據,作為圖解部分的補充。最後,提出在教学中運用的意見。原著用S=P-T=P_0(公式2)表示細胞在渗透平衡時,吸取力、渗透历、膨壓舆外部溶液的关係。这样處理,不但說明了吸取力是由P-T所造成的“膨脹虧缺”產生的,而且把細胞的这种膨脹狀態
In cell physiology, the concept of suction force, as well as the relationship between suction force, osmotic pressure, turgor pressure and volume has always been a problem that has not been well solved in theory. The recent article in Phytophysiology newsletter No. 2, 1956, Tom Tsai-Chung, Xue Ying-cong, also discussed this issue. We think this treatment is theoretically perfect. Although there is still some disagreement on this theoretical issue, for the sake of teaching convenience, for the common concept of teaching and research, we would like to elaborate on the formula proposed by Tang and Sue and Put forward the actual data, as part of the graphic supplement.
