报道一种含分子筛催化剂经适当地化学处理,能有效地调节催化剂表面酸强度和酸类型,使该催化剂对正庚烷裂解活性增加,抗氮稳定性提高。处理后的RT-5加氢改质催化剂,经中型3000h长周期稳定性试验考察和工业1.5年的正常运转,说明处理后的RT-5催化剂具有良好的活性和抗氮稳定性。
It is reported that a molecular sieve catalyst with appropriate chemical treatment can effectively adjust the acid strength and acid type of the catalyst surface so that the catalyst has increased n-heptane cracking activity and improved nitrogen stability. After RT-5 hydrotreating catalyst, the medium-sized 3000h long-term stability test and industrial 1.5 years of normal operation, indicating that the treated RT-5 catalyst has good activity and anti-nitrogen stability.
